Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://rentatotes.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Services. Rent Totes provides Moving Tote Rental, Plastic Bin Rental, Moving Container Rental, Moving Dolly Rental, Moving Bin Delivery and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Rent Totes or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Rent Totes may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Rent Totes makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Rent Totes arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Rent Totes from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IL for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
